Durrell is seeking a motivated, organised Fundraising and Supporter Experience Manager to join its Fundraising Team. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, this role will oversee Membership, Regular Giving, Tax, and Community Fundraising programmes. Key responsibilities include managing supporter acquisition, conversion, reactivation campaigns, processing new applications and renewals, and income reporting.
The manager will also lead two Supporter Experience Officers in delivering membership and campaign fulfilment. This new role is essential for driving unrestricted revenue streams and ensuring a top-tier supporter experience, acting as the advocate for supporters across the organisation.
