At Greenacres Residential Care Home we are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Registered Manager to join our service based in Caistor, Lincolnshire.

Duties include:

• Ensure the delivery of quality and compliance
• Ensure the delivery of person-centered care to all of our residents
• Recruit, train and supervise the staff team
• Maintain and enhance the home’s GOOD CQC rating
• Effective rota management
• Mentoring and leadership
• Partnership working with other health and social care professionals
• On-Call arrangements (where required)

Qualifications and experience

Previous experience as a Care Home Manager and working with elderly care and dementia care is essential.

You must hold or be working towards a Level 5 qualification in Social Care.

You must have a sound understanding of the Care Quality Commission and all regulatory requirements.

Experience in managing people

Be motivated, passionate and have drive to succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
