Interactive Special Projects Limited is Located in the North West, just outside of Manchester, Interactive produces smoke ventilation systems for a variety of industries.

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Contracts Team in line with our client’s best interests and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities.

• Processing all purchase orders for current jobs and stock items and keeping logs of all orders placed
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers, after approval from the Contracts Team.
• Planning and arranging all deliveries
• Arranging site inductions
• Managing the diaries of employees and sub-contractors, booking hotels/trains etc
• Completing business audits and keeping IFC, Safe Contractor, Constructionline, Citation etc up to date
• Maintaining staff training logs and booking relevant training
• Ensuring policies are up to date and in line with current standards
• Managing budget sheets to ensure the project meets with cost targets
• General office admin, answering the phone, General emails, ordering office supplies

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Administrative experience with a focus on organizational skills
• Excellent phone and communication abilities
• Previous office experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
