What you’ll be doing:

• Provide commercial and specific planning advice to clients integral to the development, regeneration and growth of Oxford and surrounding regions
• Proactively manage engagement with the local planning authority and other stakeholders
• Provide robust evidence to support the planning case
• Prepare high quality planning submissions and Development Plan Representations
• Represent the clients’ commercial interests throughout the planning process

About you:

• Close to achieving RTPI qualification or already an MRTPI member
• Professional and experienced in the town planning sector
• Motivated and driven with a passion for planning and achieving the best outcomes for our clients
• Pro active, good team player, able to manage a demanding workload with a keen eye for detail
• Keen to progress in a business that supports development
