The Role
As our new Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll take the lead on paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of national and international clients. You’ll act as both consultant and project manager, creating campaigns that drive real results and align with each client’s goals.
You’ll be hands-on across a range of biddable media channels - including Google Ads, Bing, paid social, and display - and comfortable analysing performance data to shape your next move.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, so communication and organisation are key. While you’ll have support from senior leadership and colleagues, you’ll be trusted to own your work and drive performance on your accounts.
Our Ideal Candidate
You’ll come from a paid advertising background with a high level of competency in Google Ads management.
Ideally with agency experience (not essential, as we will consider very strong client-side history of comprehensively sized accounts and strong budgets), you will be able to demonstrate competency in not only paid search advertising, but be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Google Analytics, and an awareness of the other digital marketing channels.
You must:
- Display relevant PPC qualifications and/or experience.
- Have at least 24 months in a paid search role.
- Be professional and articulate.
- Be comfortable communicating to all levels of society and their varying levels of industry awareness.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the English language - both written and oral.
- Have strong organisational skills.
- Be a confident decision-maker.
- Be highly analytical.
- Be competent with Microsoft office packages such as Word and Excel as well as Google Docs and Sheets
- Understand basic customer service expectations and those skills.
- Have a high level of client relationship experience.
Advantageous to have (but not essential) experience & knowledge in:
- Leadership.
- Project management.
- Basic Coding.
- Tracking & Attribution.
- Advanced Google Analytics.
- Other digital marketing channels.
- Client Relationship Management skills.
The Package
Salary range £27,000-£34,000 Depending on experience
Full time 9am to 5am UK time Mon-Fri. (Earlier finishes on Fridays).
Remote working - just one team meet up day per month in Sheffield.
33 days annual leave.
