SECURITY ROLE

(PLEASE NOTE A CURRENT SIA LICENCE AND A FULL CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE)

Burton Waters is Looking to recruit two, new members of the security team.

The marina is surrounded by water side houses, apartments and a promenade on the outskirts of Lincoln. A driving licence is essential for the role as well is an enthusiastic, professional approach to the job. As a Security Officer you will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to patrol by foot. Shifts include both days and nights and must be able to lone work if required.

Exceptional candidates with a Current SIA Licence our required for this role. Such candidates will have previous history of customer service, admin skills and a positive attitude.

• PAY £12.21 Per Hour
• 12 hour shifts (4 on/4 off)
• Minimum of 42 hours a week
• 28 days annual leave
• Double pay bank holidays (triple pay Christmas)

Duties;

• Carry out basic administrative duties, Emails, Payments,Phone call etc.
• Operating and monitoring the CCTV, gates, barriers, and intercom systems
• Driving of patrol vehicle and site on foot.
• Carry out other Duties at the request of the Management Company

Candidates will have a current SIA Licence, and must have previous history of customer service, admin skills and positive can do attitude.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be required to work 12-hour shifts, on rotation of 4 day, 4 off, 4 night 4 off patterns, 5:30am - 17:30pm or 17:30pm - 5:30am. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted 42 hours per week. As our site is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends and bank holidays (double time), dependent on how your shift patterns fall.

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer Service/Admin & Computer Skills
• Previous Security Experience, desirable but not essential
• SIA Licence Preferred
• Full clean driving Licence
