You will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a supportive environment for a young person who lives in his own bespeoke home. Your focus will be on creating strategies and interventions that encourage positive behaviour, improve social skills, and enhance the overall well-being of a young man living with a moderate Learning Disability, Autism and Catatonia.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to a young person ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and document patient progress, implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in meaningful activities to promote cognitive and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
