Talent Acquisition Partner - Worcester Park

As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you’ll play a key role in sourcing and selecting compassionate, high-calibre carers to join our outstanding team. What You 'll Be Doing:

✅ Sourcing suitable candidates
✅ Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
✅ Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews

✅ Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance
✅ Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding
✅ Following our compliance processes
✅ Booking successful candidates into training

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems
A confident and professional telephone manner
A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach
A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly
