We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency that specialises in lead generation for home improvement businesses, and we do things differently. No fluff, no filler. Just content that drives results.

Right now, we’re looking for a Full-Time Video Editor to join our in-house team. Someone who knows how to move fast, stay sharp, and create content that makes people stop scrolling and start clicking.

Who We Are

We work with kitchen companies, bathroom brands, loft boarding firms, high-end manufacturers and other home improvement businesses across the UK.

Our job? To create video-first ad campaigns that bring in quality leads – and we’re growing fast. Our goal is to scale to 100 active clients by the end of 2025, and we’re building the dream team to help make that happen.

What You 'll Be Doing

• Editing highly engaging short-form content style ads using professionally filmed footage from our videographers.
• Capturing attention quickly, holding it with smart pacing and structure, and converting viewers through effective editing techniques.
• Working closely with our marketing team and videographers to test and improve performance of specific ad frameworks.
• Creating variations of videos based on what’s working (and what’s not) to increase the volume of leads for clients and reduce cost.
• Managing your own workload and deadlines, no hand-holding here.

What We 're Looking For

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects skills a bonus)
• Strong understanding of how to capture, retain, and convert viewer attention through editing.
• Able to balance quality with speed, you need to move quickly.
• Understanding of what makes a video ad perform (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
