Within this role your ultimate goal will be to develop new business within your designated/ geographical area, ensuring the right candidates are matched to the right jobs.

The Place

C&E Recruitment are hospitality and catering recruitment specialists. Based on the Surrey/Hampshire boarders we recruit for all levels of staff within the sector, offering both temporary and permanent solutions to our clients across the South.

The Person

To work for C&E Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant you MUST have:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the catering and hospitality sector
• Proven track record in billing
• The ability to build your own client base
• A strong work ethic and determination to succeed
• A solid understanding of the industry and relevant sectors
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
