Equal Education Partners is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Neath Port Talbot. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, support students, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher
✅ Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning atmosphere
✅ Support students in their learning and encourage engagement
✅ Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
✅ Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols
✅ Provide feedback on lessons and student progress to teaching staff
✅ Adapt to different classroom settings and subjects as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience working with children or young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or similar)
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ A proactive and flexible approach to working in different school environments
✅ Ability to engage and motivate students
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
