Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive full time based at our Leicester premises.
An Account Executive is a key member of our team to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.
Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones.

Quote, Liaise with production, provide input into factory sales patterns and be the driving force as a key member of our sales team.
-Review customer orders, monitor schedules with production manager to satisfy customer requirements accurately and profitably.
- Contribute and carry out projects to maintain Celloglas as market leader in the industry.
Requirements

communicate effectively with a diverse customer base

Good Computer skills and experience of MIS systems an advantage (training given)

Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly

Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous

Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
