Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated front of house person to join our team in maintaining a high standard within our loved hotel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction through impeccable customer care. We want you to show off your fantastic personality.

Duties:

• Working in the bar serving customers both from behind the bar and direct to their tables. We serve food in the bar and we expect fantastic table service for all our guests whether that’s when dinning or just in for a drink. We are open from midday to 11pm
• Restaurant - open from midday and last orders for the kitchen at 9pm. A busy 40 seater restaurant that does up to 80 covers at night and 40 covers at lunch. We want your personality to shine through and provide our guests at unforgettable experience for all the right reasons. We are very proud of the food we serve and we want you to have the same feeling
• Breakfast - opens for hotel guests from 8am to 10.30am. Looking after all services for the breakfast including barista coffee and all food cooked to order. This shift makes a difference to the customers day - they are looking for quick service with quality products and a friendly service manner.
• Check in guests and take bookings by telephone for the restaurant and for the rooms
• Complete daily check lists for cleaning and opening and closing lists
