Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, as well as proficiency in various software tools and programming languages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Utilise simulation tools such as Simulink and MATLAB to model and analyse system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components effectively.
- Conduct signal processing tasks to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Implement surface mount technology (SMT) for efficient circuit assembly.
- Perform soldering of electronic components, ensuring precision and quality in assembly.
- Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and testing results for future reference.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing process, addressing any issues that arise.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to assist in the design of enclosures and mounts for electronic systems.
Experience
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl is advantageous.
- Experience with System on Chip (SoC) design is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Revit or similar CAD software is a plus for design integration tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in electronics design and development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
