Job Title: Care Manager

Location: St Helens, Liverpool

Salary: To £40,000 p.a. depending on experience

Are you an ambitious, forward thinking and compassionate with a proven track record in managing a Team of home Carers?

This is a fabulous and newly created role ideally suited to someone who wants to be customer facing and has a strong background working in the homecare sector.

To apply for this role you will need to have prior experience working within the community care sector and as a minimum you will have gained your level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.

On appointment you will work with full support from the highly engaged and experienced Senior Management Team and across your peer group within this highly regarded and well established care provider.

Once in post, the successfully appointed individual will work alongside the Director Team to assist with the day to day running of the operational side of this quality led domiciliary care being fully supported by working in close collaboration with a very stable and collaborative care and office team.

This role will involve:

  • Assist with the ongoing management of the care service ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual customer through person-centred care and regular client consultations
  • Engaging with new customers and their families to ensure that the care package on offer meets their every need and that the service they receive is of the highest quality.
  • Have a proven ability to work at a senior level with the care sector and comply with internal Policies and Procedures.
  • Lead on business growth and work closely with our customers to continually review their changing care needs.
  • Be fully engaged in achieving outstanding ratings by the CQC.
  • Be actively involved in the delivery of high levels of performance across the business and leading by strong example.

Ideally you will have the following skills:

  • Previous Supervisor/Team Leader/strong Senior Care Coordinator level experience within the elderly care sector.
  • Level 3 diploma/NVQ or equivalent in Health & Social Care, happy to be supported to do Level 5.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant legislation within the homecare sector.
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in order to drive the company forward.
  • A warm and approachable personality who works well within a close-knit Team environment.
  • Driving licence and a valid UK driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
