Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Videographer & Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing both long-form and short-form video content for social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in capturing engaging content that showcases our property development projects, educational resources, and brand storytelling. You must be proficient in filming and have advanced editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Filming:
  • Filming engaging video content at our office and various project locations.
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes footage, project walkthroughs, educational videos, and team updates.
  • Video Editing:
  • Editing long-form videos (e.g., YouTube, educational webinars, project case studies).
  • Producing short-form content optimised for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual quality, and messaging across all content.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure a coherent social media strategy and timely delivery of content.
  • Asset Management:
  • Maintaining organised digital asset management systems to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage media content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
  • Demonstrable ability to produce both engaging short-form and detailed long-form video content.
  • Excellent storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
