Details of a Recruitment Consultant

• Location: Walsall
• Working days: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
• Shift details: 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday. Fridays 8am – 4pm
• Pay rate: 32k - £35k dependant on experience
• Duration of role: Permanent

Role of a Recruitment Consultant

• We are looking for someone hungry and money-driven
• Someone who is strongly sales-focused
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-focused approach.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industrial or sales sector.
