Join Our Team: Passionate 1:1 Educator Wanted (Suffolk Based)

CF Education provides bespoke education packages, specialist interventions and 1:1 tutoring to children with specific learning needs. Supporting children and young people who cannot currently be in mainstream education due various reasons such as, exclusion or not having a school place.

The sessions can take place in the family home, within the community or sometimes within educational settings if the plan is reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:

• To plan and deliver effective differentiated lessons on a 1:1 basis.
• To assess and review progress towards individualised targets
• To provide effective social and emotional support to service users
• To plan and provide an enriching curriculum, working towards recognised qualifications
• To work collaboratively and effectively with other agencies
• To contribute effectively to the composition of assessment reports
• To comply with statutory guidance and CF Education policies and procedures
• To use electronic recording systems and databases effectively to maintain company records accurately and securely
• To contribute effectively to CF Education’s approaches to improving the outcomes for vulnerable young people
• To form positive, professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents
• To deliver creative, inspiring, and enriching learning opportunities
• To set high expectations and standards for all children
• To ensure sessions are focused on the individual’s key educational milestones.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) (Essential)
• Experience of UK Curriculum
• Experience with Young People with SEND
• Building Relationships/Rapport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
