About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist Supervisor (Seasonal) for our Addlethorpe Golf & Country Club in Addlethorpe, Lincolnshire, (near Ingoldmells and Skegness).

This is a full-time, seasonal position, including weekends and holidays, with the possibility of this temporary position becoming permanent, to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interaction with customers, requiring a high level of professionalism and patience.

It is preferred for the ideal candidate to have a valid driving licence, as you will need to be able to travel to this location.

Key Duties

• Reception - Supervise and manage all reception operations (customer enquiries, check-ins/outs, handling & taking bookings).
• Bar & Hospitality Support - Assist in the bar area as and when required, ensuring high standards of customer care.
• Golf Operations - Support the golf facility, assisting guests with bookings and general inquiries.
• Financial & Administrative Duties - Manage daily banking, cash handling, and financial reporting.

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic financial and cash-handling experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
