Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support project execution and help establish strong project governance. In this role, you will assist in managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and standardising project processes while supporting the Mid-Level Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full Project Manager or PMO Lead role in a fast-scaling cybersecurity training company.
What You 'll Be Doing
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. Leading smaller projects where necessary.
- Standardise documentation, improve reporting, and help establish best practices for project governance.
- Monitor project risks and dependencies, ensuring they are logged and escalated as needed.
- Support meeting coordination, action tracking, and status reporting for internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and support the development of project management best practices.

What We Need From You
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or PMO support.
- Right to work within the United Kingdom (we cannot offer sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Related trainings or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with remote, cross-functional teams, and tools like Jira, or Monday.com.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and ways of working.
- Experience in cybersecurity or training products is a plus.

- £35,000 - £45,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Location requirement:
Although this position offers the possibility to work remotely, you have to be based anywhere in the UK.
