About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious individual to join a high-performing life sciences recruitment team. You’ll start with full training and hands on support, progressing through a clear career path with opportunities to move into 360 recruitment, business development or leadership.

This is a role for someone eager to build a career with impact - connecting world changing companies with brilliant people.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using modern tools and CRM platforms
• Managing applications, screening CVs and interviewing candidates
• Supporting senior consultants on large-scale hiring projects
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Writing job ads and keeping systems up to date
