We are expanding our Call Centre Team at our Head Office in Gillingham. This role is the first stage in our sales process, you will be an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual, responsible for supporting our busy pre-sales team.
Salary: £8.60-£11.44 per hour +Commission (based on each appointment booked that results in a sale)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 3pm-9pm

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Unlike traditional call centre roles, this position does not require cold calling , you will only engage with genuine customer enquiries. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering helpful and professional support while booking appointments and answering queries.
Desired qualities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is beneficial but not essential.
