Cyber Security Technical Analyst

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our clients team and play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing their cyber security operations.

The Role:

Working closely with the Cyber Security Architect and wider technology teams, you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of security services, aligning them with business needs and risk management frameworks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and supporting outsourced cyber security services
• Assisting with security reviews of IT infrastructure upgrades and updates
• Supporting the design and implementation of security solutions
• Contributing to security policies, standards, and best practices
• Supporting investigations into emerging threats and vulnerabilities
• Assisting in cyber awareness training and simulated security exercises

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of hands-on cyber security experience
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, NIS)
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders
• Background in IT project support with a focus on security
