Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimised for search engines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
• Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are targeted and effective in reaching desired audiences.
• Utilise Excel for data analysis and reporting on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using WordPress for website management and content updates.
