Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building relationships, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Duties

• Using various recruitment platforms and tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Manage lead generation activities to identify potential candidates and clients within the market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Employ social media management strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant human resources policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout their journey to provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education recruitment or a related field is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates alike.
• Experience in lead generation techniques to source potential candidates proactively.
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Driving licence required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
