Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring smooth running of administrative processes.

Duties:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
  • Supervise office staff and provide team management support
  • Maintain organisational systems to streamline office procedures
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in human resources tasks is advantageous
  • Proficient in clerical duties and office organisation
  • Team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
