Sector Global Limited, an innovative, global leader in event services, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our cutting-edge Eventware event technology platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead UI/UX design and improvements across our Eventware platform, enhancing user experience and interface design.
• Conduct comprehensive UI/UX testing, gathering feedback from end-users, admin users and project teams, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with our product development team to write clear and effective feature specifications.
• Engage proactively with users, stakeholders, and team members, balancing creativity with functionality.
• Work with our Project teams to understand their requirements and demonstrate new features.

Who we’re looking for:

• An experienced UI/UX Designer with several years of proven commercial experience in software or web application design.
• Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in using Figma to create stunning visuals that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
• Impressive Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work that highlights your talent, creativity, and impact on user experiences.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, ensuring seamless cooperation with team members, developers, and clients.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail coupled with a proactive approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work.
• Brand Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and maintaining cohesive brand identities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
• Enthusiasm for occasional travel to support client interactions and industry events.
