The Commercial Support Service Administrator is an important role within the BCA Commercial Support Services team. In this role you are responsible for providing excellent administrative services to support the Commercial team and our vendors on a day-to-day basis.
The Commercial Support Administrator will understand key processes within the sales support function and lead the areas of responsibility to ensure new sellers account administration and wider team support is provided diligently and conscientiously.
The ideal candidate will be customer service driven and is able to demonstrate effective time management to priorities workloads.
Key Responsibilities
General
- Manage enquiries in the sales support inbox relating to website contact forms and triage vendor based and internal queries, resolving where appropriate
- First line for inbound telephony
- Primary lead for the management of Rate Agreement renewals
- Maintain departmental logs as required, e.g. logging complaints
- Where required, support with basic data requests on an ad-hoc basis
Small Vendor Support
- Manage the qualification and triage of inbound new vendor enquiries to ensure qualified leads are passed to the commercial sales team where appropriate.
- Small vendor account set up including smart sell and support in preparing rate agreement
- New licensee set ups with smart sell and deletions
- On boarding of new vendor applications for BCA selling accounts and support the vendors on the selling journey, including risk and due diligence checks/ exception management
- Key contact to manage and process vendor rate renewals
Product Support
- Provide valuation support for specific customers, where required
- DealerPro error management
- Brand Guardianship
- Act as brand guardians for all content generated for internal and external purposes, ensuring all content meets BCA brand guidelines.
Key Skills
- Experience of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent customer service experience
- Able to manage time and workload priorities effectively
