Stanhay Webb is the UK’s only manufacturer of precision seed drills which are used for the planting of a huge variety of vegetable crops and has a global dealer network supplying farmers around the world. A British engineering success story with over 60 years of history in the industry and a strong reputation for providing one of the most precise and versatile seed drills on the market.

To continue building our brand worldwide we are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and confident marketing assistance to join our team. You will have worked in a marketing role before, preferably related to the agricultural industry but if not you should have a familiarity and interest in the industry. You will be involved with everything from social media, event organization to digital and print media and will create content in house and manage external suppliers where required. You will also be involved with our customers at times and should be comfortable speaking over the phone, online and in person.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for executing the company marketing strategy that you will be heavily involved in further developing.
• Creating content for online & print (Illustrator / InDesign) for both internal and external use.
• Management of and regular posting on social media channels with engaging content.
• Assisting with keeping the website up to date.
• Procurement of print media and other marketing services.
• Organising and attendance of trade shows, photoshoots and other events.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of the agricultural industry
• Experience of using design software (e.g. Adobe Indesign and Illustrator)
• Good organisational and self-management skills
• Excellent general IT skills.
• SEO experience is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: £11,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
