What you 'll do

• Leading one or more Scrum Squads, delivering multiple use cases for Vodafone UK.
• Promoting the principles of agile methodology and encouraging a culture of self-organising teams.
• Guide, coach, and ask probing questions to achieve the Squads’ goals.
• Responsible for removing impediments/blockers, to ensure the squads can be as productive as possible.
• Encourage and guide Squad members to deliver what they’ve committed to, within the Sprint timeframes.
• Having a keen eye for Quality - encouraging and identifying gaps in fulfilling best practice and safeguarding against the team “marking their own homework”.
• Work with the Squads to capture metrics and reflect upon these to help stabilise and improve performance.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide reporting for the management of the Big Data Capex and Opex Budget.

Who you are

• Proven experience Scrum Mastering multiple teams simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and ensure financial accountability
