You’ll start with a basic salary of £25,000 (which of course, increases after promotion) and enjoy up to a 40% commission structure, resulting in a £40,000+ OTE in your first year.

What you will be doing as a graduate recruitment consultant:

• You’ll be working alongside our clients from day one, helping build their brand and grow their business headcount by transforming their message to their target market.
• Candidate sourcing: working with leading A players in the industry. Creating a community within your market and sourcing talented individuals to work with your clients.
• Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process with your client, offering guidance and support, using your training and development to strengthen these relationships.
• Business Development: Identify new hiring opportunities with potential clients, use market knowledge to identify the brands that you want to work alongside.
• Marketing: Work alongside the index group marketing team to create innovative B2B and B2C email, digital and social campaigns to boost your candidate and client attraction.
