Recruitment Consultant - Private Healthcare

Salary £27,000 - £30,000 + COMMISSION & BONUS

For a Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for bright, driven individuals with a desire to make a difference and contribute to the continuing growth of this VERY successful business. In return we will assist you in your professional development.

What you will need:

• To have a background in sale or recruitment
• Customer service experience, closing business, able to discuss rates etc and build client relationships
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, job boards and skilled in matching job roles to candidates
• A strong personality and excellent communication skills are essential
• Commercial understanding and awareness.
• Hardworking and conscientious with a can do attitude
• Tenacious and confident, reliable and professional in your attitude and approach to work

The role:

• You will work alongside an experienced Recruitment team focused on growing this already successful team.
• The principal focus would be to source highly qualified Nurses to successfully place with our clients as well as sourcing business within the healthcare industry
• You will be responsible for developing a database of additional candidates and managing these effectively along with new client development.
• Achieving targets in place.
