Window Supply Company are a manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors and operate with 7 trade counters located throughout Scotland and 3 in England with significant plans for expansion. Established in March 2019, Window Supply Company has very quickly grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of uPVC windows and doors to trade in Scotland. This has been achieved by delivering market leading products along with exceptional customer service. Our team at Window Supply Company are our biggest assets and everyone has an important, dedicated, and valued role within the company. Due to our ongoing growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our head office team in Whitburn.

Credit Controller role:

  • Manage new accounts
  • Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Resolve queries with customer and branches
  • Weekly debt reviews
  • Forecast unexpected payments
  • Update data base with the progress on outstanding accounts
  • Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits
  • Chase and resolve debts
  • Process funds, taking payments, uploading payments from branches.
  • Upload delivery note, send statements,

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience chasing fast moving debt
  • Experience and understanding of billing systems
  • Excel Experience will be a benefit - desirable
  • Friendly and approachable telephone manner - essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Salary : DOE

As part of the Window Supply Company team, the successful applicant will receive a competitive starting salary, 33 days holiday per year (including certain statutory) and hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm. (4pm on Fridays) In addition, you will have access to career progression within Window Supply Company.
