The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates in line with company needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update ATS systems, ensuring candidate pipelines and records are accurate and up to date.
• Promote employer branding, helping to attract top talent through social media, networking events, and a positive candidate experience.

Your Profile

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation & time management
• Strong recruitment background, or similar experience in a previous role
• Knowledge of recruitment tools & platforms - such as ATS systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• You will be accuracy-focused, and results-oriented, seeking a hands-on and rewarding role.

Salary & Benefits

This role will be paying an hourly rate between £22- £27 per hour (PAYE), dependant on experience.

Hybrid working is available with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH (Tues, Weds, Thurs).
