Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission

Are you a driven, people-focused professional with a passion for recruitment and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry? We’re looking for a confident 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-growing healthcare recruitment team.

About the Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll play a vital role in connecting talented healthcare professionals with organisations that need them most.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector
• Proactively sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of healthcare roles
• Managing vacancies from initial instruction through to successful placement
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Ensuring all compliance and safeguarding requirements are met

What We 're Looking For:

• Previous 360 recruitment experience (healthcare or similar sectors preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tenacious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and making a difference
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates in a fast-paced environment
