Role: Restaurant Manager (Michelin Experience)

Salary: £38,000 + £3,000 Service
Accommodation: Temporary Provided

Overview and Opportunity

Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel based in Wiltshire, UK. It is a luxury getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sommelier to curate a world-class food and beverage offering.
  • Maintain and exceed Michelin and luxury hospitality service standards.
  • Drive revenue and manage costs while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
  • Uphold strict health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leadership role in a 5 Star Hotel, Michelin-Starred or fine dining environment.
  • A deep understanding of luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and motivating a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
