We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong Agile mindset and hands-on experience in leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is an expert in Scrum practices, a natural team coach, and a skilled communicator who can drive agile transformation and ensure delivery excellence.
This role requires someone who is confident working cross-functionally and is well-versed in using JIRA (or similar tools) for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
The Role:
- Enable Agile teams to self-organize and self-manage, driving consistent delivery through effective Scrum practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project status clearly and effectively.
- Configure and maintain JIRA or similar Agile project management tools for optimal reporting and visibility.
- Support backlog refinement and ensure transparency of sprint KPIs.
- Coordinate with the Lead Architect to ensure people aspects don’t hinder sprint deliverables.
- Organize and lead resolution sessions for cross-team dependencies or bottlenecks.
What You 'll Bring:
- Strong command of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (4+ years), ideally in a SAFe environment
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring JIRA or similar tools
- Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in Agile tools
- Ability to bridge communication between development teams and product owners
- Strong analytical thinking and facilitation skills
Nice to have skills:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM)
- Experience working in scaled agile environments
- Demonstrated success managing both technical and interpersonal dynamics within agile teams
