Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile processes, ensuring that our teams are aligned and working efficiently towards project goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies, as well as the ability to foster collaboration among team members.
Duties
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in requirements gathering and ensure that user stories are well-defined and understood by the team.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Utilise tools such as Office, SharePoint, Excel, and Word for documentation and project tracking.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Support the integration of cloud computing solutions where applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with SQL for data management and reporting purposes is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in project management tools and techniques is desirable.
- Proficiency in Office applications including SharePoint, Excel, and Word is essential.

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
