A well-respected school in Wolverhampton is looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from May to July 2025 , with the possibility of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Learners: Deliver tailored support to pupils with SEN, helping them grow in confidence and independence.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and engaging classroom experience.
- Encourage Progress: Use strategies that help students overcome barriers and celebrate their achievements.
- Offer Guidance: Provide both academic and emotional support to help pupils reach their full potential.

- Experience working with children or young people with SEN–or a keen interest in supporting diverse learners.
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
