Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CG Producer to oversee the rapid, high-volume delivery of computer graphics projects, including 2D retouching, 2D image replacements, and 3D model creation (digital twins).

This role is critical for ensuring all projects meet the client’s timeline, budget, and quality expectations while shaping the future of high-volume CG production for leading consumer products.

You will coordinate a team of 7-14 people across multiple locations, overseeing production in the UK, US, and India, and optimising workflows to ensure smooth, timely execution across these regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-volume CG projects under tight deadlines, including 2D retouching, 2D image replacements, and CG model creation, while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout each production phase.
  • Lead and optimise workflows for a team across multiple locations (UK, US, and India), ensuring fast turnarounds and quick decision-making across regions.
  • Develop and execute detailed production plans, define scope, allocate resources, and implement risk management strategies to meet aggressive timelines.
  • Oversee 2D retouching and image replacements processes, ensuring quality standards in visual fidelity and detail.
  • Manage the creation of CG models from manufacturing data, ensuring strict product accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on project status, managing expectations for fast-paced deliverables.
  • Continuously optimise workflows and introduce new practices to accelerate production while maintaining quality results.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume CG production, VFX, or related fields, with a strong focus on time-sensitive projects.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple, simultaneous high-volume projects under tight deadlines, including 2D retouching, 2D image replacements, and CG model creation.
  • Degree in Project Management , Computer Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Digital Media, Computer Science, Film or Media Production, Game Design, or related fields.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in diverse, international environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges during high-pressure production timelines.
  • Technical expertise in CG tools and workflows, with a focus on 2D retouching, 2D image replacements, and CG model creation (e.g., Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Autodesk 3ds Max, Nuke).
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as ShotGrid, Ftrack, Jira, Smartsheet, LucidLink , or similar platforms.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clear and efficient collaboration among internal teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Some experience or understanding of how products are manufactured is beneficial.
