We have an exciting opportunity at Coffee Evoultion in Shrewsbury Quarry Park where we provide fabulous coffee, amazing coffee and fantastic ice cream within the award winning town park.

We are looking for a sales person to join our team and able to work in a very fast environment. We will train you if you have got the right attitude and appetite for this job.

You will be an energetic, proactive individual.

The role :

Making barista style coffee, serving ice cream and soft drinks. and opening and closing the cafe. Being a the town park we have a lot of regular customers, engaging with them and talking to them is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities include :

• • Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
• • Ensuring retail displays are always looking their best
• Working with your team and they are following the correct procedures.
• Open and closing the Cafe
• Keeping the cafe clean & tidy to maintain all food safety standards, company policies, procedures and Hygiene Regulations
• Experience A love for hospitality, no coffee specific experience required but an understanding of working a busy space is beneficial. Full training on coffee and operational tasks and support is provided.

Requirements

• Working well as a team

• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends, and busier periods - school holidays and summer time
• Salary aged 18/19/20 £ 10.00 / hour
• Salary over aged 21 £12.21 / hour
