• £27,000 - £29,500
• Commission is realistically between £600 - £1300 per month in your first year

The Role -

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for handling new and existing clients, whilst sourcing candidates to fill vacancies. Working a fast paced, professional environment your role will include:

Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn and sourcing for live vacancies via an extensive database, referrals and job adverts. You will interview candidates and contact new clients in order to sell your service. You will maintain current client relationships as well as winning new client relationships.

Ideal Candidate -

• At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment agency
• Be motivated and ambitious
• Have strong communication skills
• Be a ‘high-achiever’ either personally or professionally
• Financially motivated
