Please note: We are seeking a UK-based candidate who is comfortable working later hours to support the US market. The typical working hours would be approximately 1:00pm – 8:30pm, however, this can be discussed based on individual circumstances.
As a Senior Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the day-to-day multi-channel marketing activity for our brands across the Essity group, with clients across the US market — delivering marketing campaigns, reviewing performance, and pro-actively providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, to support a busy and growing account. You will be responsible for all marketing account work across a broad spectrum of media activities, including translation, digital asset production, TVC formats, and print. Your tasks will be to help execute the regular marketing activities for each of the brands/markets in your designated area. The role carries the responsibility of customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.
Our marketing technology platform, Storyteq, will underpin our marketing services delivery for this client, so you will be using a combination of skills across client service, technology, and detailed processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, timing plans, status reports, planning documents, and contact reports
- Working with the client to define objectives and parameters of new projects
- Keeping the client informed of progress and flagging any issues; maintain strong client communication
- Effectively report back to the client on campaign and programme effectiveness
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes
- Ability to drive through multiple projects
- Act as key client advocate
- Key KPIs to be delivered on a weekly basis to ensure incremental uptake increases
Requirements
- You have a client-centric approach
- You hold experience within multi-channel marketing, specifically across social, digital, CRM, and print
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You have a strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
- You hold meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
- Your organisation and communication skills are second to none, and you’re a team player with a positive attitude
- You’re flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment, demonstrating commitment to the role and a drive for development
- Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred but not essential.
