What You’ll Do

BCG is undertaking a global transformation to reimagine how we attract and recruit top talent across our core consulting business, digital ventures, and Business Services Team (BST). With ambitious growth targets, we are focused on building an effective, scalable and resilient recruiting model enabled by technology.

As the GTA Strategy & Insights Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and operational delivery across our strategic recruiting transformation priorities. You’ll work closely with senior members of the Global Recruiting Transformation team - including the Managing Director & Partner for Talent Acquisition (TA), Global Recruiting Transformation Executive Director, Senior Director and Change & Enablement Director as well as leaders across our Global TA team, People Team, and WW Recruiting community.

This is a highly visible and analytical role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain global recruiting scorecards and data packs, providing insights on recruiting performance, productivity, and cost metrics
  • Analyze key recruitment data to drive executive decision-making, track ROI and adoption of transformation initiatives
  • Create impact and adoption reports for “run” operations across the Global Centers of Excellence teams
  • Track external market trends, benchmarking, and industry insights to inform strategic direction

Business Review & Stakeholder Content Development

  • Coordinate GTA stakeholder governance and prepare agendas for key meetings
  • Develop materials with data insights for key forums (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Recruiting/ People Function Connects, Executive 1:1s, Finance Reviews)
  • Maintain team organization (e.g., structured team folders and facilitate cross-team collaboration) and support onboarding of new GTA team members

Event Planning & Communications

  • Plan and execute key global events such as the Global Talent Summit, workshops, and TA leadership meetings
  • Coordinate logistics and content planning for internal workshops and project offsites
  • Support and curate content for bi-annual Global Talent Acquisition townhalls for an audience of 850+ team members

Project Support (capacity and business demand dependent)

  • Support global recruiting transformation initiatives aligned with the People Team’s strategic priorities (e.g., org design, technology)
  • Collaborate across multiple project workstreams and present updates in weekly leadership meetings
  • Ensure smooth coordination as change initiatives transition to long-term operational “run” activities

  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in developing executive-ready content
  • Proactive, solution-oriented self-starter mindset with ability to think through ambiguous issues, a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills
