Mechanical Project Manager

Step into a senior role where your expertise will be the foundation for our project success. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering mechanical projects from inception to completion, across commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Leadership: Manage simultaneous mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and delivery benchmarks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Electrical division to ensure seamless project integration.
• Team Development: Lead a team of employed staff and sub-contractors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Health and Safety: Champion health and safety compliance across all projects.
• Cost Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A solid track record in Mechanical services, with at least 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Project Management
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and regulatory standards.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Competent using management software - SimPRO experience is advantageous.
