Salary: £42,000pa (up to dependent on experience)
Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with flexibility to suit the needs of the business (plus on-call expectations)

As the Registered Branch Manager for our brand-new Coventry franchise, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to innovate and drive the success of essential services in home care. We care for a diverse range of clients-babies needing paediatric care, young adults with complex needs, and older individuals facing degenerative conditions. With your expertise in domiciliary care, you’ll shape how we deliver support across all ages, ensuring every day is different and rewarding.

As a Registered Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting the brand while ensuring we meet all quality, regulatory, and legislative standards. This dynamic role requires you to proactively build strong relationships both internally and externally. An eye for detail and knowledge of the social care sector will also be vital as you guide your team and deliver the highest standards of care.
As a Registered Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Holding the branch CQC registration.
- Facilitating the development of safe, quality home care services, ensuring they respond to the changing needs of clients, customers and reflect the market and community.
- Developing and executing a local branch business plan, ensuring quality and growth targets are met.
- Managing the daily operations within the branch to ensure cost effective and efficient service delivery.
- Assessing branch performance against internal and franchise targets.
- Leadership, support, engagement and development of the branch and carer teams.
- Representing Prestige Nursing & Care within the community, promoting relationships with current and prospective clients, customers and families.
- Ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory, legislative and ISO requirements.
- Implementing Prestige Nursing & Care policies and procedures.
- Escalating and resolving any safeguarding or client concerns.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Prestige Nursing & Care.
