Under supervision of the Senior Product Marketing Manager, assists the Health Sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities journal marketing teams in the information gathering and set-up of campaigns, data collection and collation, project support and reporting, and event support.

How you will make an impact:

General Admin Support

• Provides general admin support to the Health Sciences and Social Humanities journal marketing teams.
• Collates information from multiple sources into a master tracking sheet.
• Creates PowerPoint slides for senior managers.
• Provides project management support to keep activities on track.
  Collating information for sales team requests for data and journal information

Event Logistics

• Coordinate conference visuals for subject marketers for major events
  Support product marketers on the set-up of virtual events

Content Creation

Coordinates content requests from wider team including banner ads, business cards, collateral, videos, Editorial Board toolkits, and works with the Marketing Performance team to execute requests.

Marketing Campaign Support

• Supports product marketers gathering data for specific journals, groups of journals or journals in a subject area which will be needed to initiate marketing campaign set-up.
• Provides cover where necessary for product marketers to ensure campaigns remain on track.
• Supports product marketers with collating campaign results to support comprehensive reporting mechanism back to all stakeholders.
  On an ongoing basis, supports product marketers by ensuring messaging and other details are correct for all journals included in our author nurturing and article growth programs.

What we look for:

• Introductory level professional position where candidate should have strong communication and Microsoft suite skills.
• Project management experience is a plus and the person should be highly collaborative as they will need to work across a group of colleagues.
• Many other skills will be learned on the job.
  Receives a strong level of guidance and direction from direct manager plus others in the team and has ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
