Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and optimizing our product listings, pricing strategies, and sales performance across multiple online platforms. You will be working closely with our operations and marketing teams to identify trends, boost sales, and improve customer experiences across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales performance across platforms like eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, and Vinted to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer engagement, and conversion rates for various product categories (home, beauty, and household).

Monitor product listings and ensure they are optimized for search, competitive pricing, and compelling content to drive sales.

Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve product visibility, customer experience, and overall sales performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that product promotions, ads, and other marketing efforts align with product performance data.

Assist with inventory management by analyzing stock levels, product demand, and re-stocking needs to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize the product assortment.

Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and similar platforms to generate insights and drive business decisions.

Provide regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity across multiple marketplaces.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, or online retail management, preferably in home, beauty, or household product categories.

Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, Vinted) and their analytics/reporting tools.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and pricing strategies.

Experience with Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace tools to analyze performance data.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large sets of data to identify actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings
