You’ll be working within the Social Work sector, taking over a warm desk with longstanding clients and a strong base to grow from — giving you the ideal platform to hit the ground running.

• £30,000 starting salary with OTE £45,000+

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or sales role
• A motivated, self-starter attitude with a hunger to succeed
• A passion for building relationships and delivering excellent service
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
• Outstanding communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organised
• Ability to work with targets
