About SeedLegals

We’re the leading provider of automated legal solutions for startups in the UK, with offices in London, New York and Paris, and a team in Ireland.

We believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone. Since we launched in 2016, we’ve served more than 50,000 startups who have collectively raised more than £2 billion on our platform. We’ve changed how early-stage companies fundraise, reward their teams and scale their businesses, forever.

Our values are key to our success; here at SeedLegals, we:

  • Invest and trust in each other;
  • Are committed to a growth mindset;
  • Embrace diversity and cultivate inclusion;
  • And are driven by customer success.

We’re seeking talented frontend developers to join one of our three scrum teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping team growth and developing our code base. Working alongside five engineers, a UX designer, and a Product Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to help our platform grow in the US market and drive innovation in areas such as social investment features, document and workflow management, and legal template generation. Teams are managed from within and report directly to the CTO, allowing direct collaboration with your manager to solve technical challenges.

This unique role offers extensive insights into the startup ecosystem, VC fundraising, investor tax schemes, and more, providing invaluable domain knowledge beneficial for entrepreneurship.

We’re an international team of 25 developers from 12 countries, utilizing a hybrid working model promoting flexibility and collaboration. Teams meet fortnightly at our Hackney offices for planning, whiteboarding, and socializing, while allowing remote work flexibility
